★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alwayslike to collect all city gates in different cities but these ones in Taipei can only be seen from across the road. You are not allowed to get closer!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very interesting piece of Taipei's history, and although it is located in the middle of a roundabout, the traffic is quite light on Sundays. It might be better to view it one block west, on the intersection with Gongyuan Road. There's a reasonably good line of sight from there.
