車站的馬路對面是八二三炮戰紀念公園，從公園，應該有路可以走上圓山飯店。
其實從這兒，沿著寬闊的人行道，一路走，過了北安路，往明水路走，到樂群一路，然後進入美堤河濱公園，這是一條不錯的健行步道。
