想要開心的養成運動習慣就來好時光吧?收費合理,師資水準很好,課程多樣,環境簡單乾淨。自己在這邊運動兩個月了不僅舒服的進步感受到身體變好的滿足,也認識了不同的老師同學,一起喜歡運動的大家。新手不要怕!我以前也都沒有運動的學校體育課都是乘涼的臭女生,但是在這邊第一次真的愛上運動。你不用很厲害才能運動,你只要感受自己越變越厲害,已經養成一週三堂課的習慣,重點在於固定且持續,很感謝兩個月前踏入詢問課程體驗後立馬報名的自己。以下為各項目分析: 1.收費:團課來說一堂課的費用跟坊間差不多,但是不用綁會籍是買點數制度的。而且認卡不認人,一張卡也可以一次兩個人三個人四個人⋯⋯等看你約的到幾個人一起上課,如果長期可以跟朋友share,偶爾要帶朋友上課也ok。學員也有很多媽媽帶小孩,小孩帶媽媽?一起上課的覺得很溫馨?。一堂課4代幣,購買一次可以選48.72.96.168,買越多換算一堂課越便宜,大約在400-450左右。 ??‍♀️「自己的經驗」:我體驗課之後先買了48堂課,跟自己約定好都沒有缺課而且是開心的就可以買吧168,馬上就上完購入168了! 2.課程:大分類可以分成瑜珈、有氧、肌力,和一般坊間比很多樣,但也不會因為多樣就專業度下降或者課程不夠的狀況。女孩可以自己選擇適合自己的類型課程,也可以都上。瑜珈還有分空中瑜伽和地板上的瑜伽,還有柔軟度開發等配合現代人需求的開課。肌力有TRX、雕塑類。有氧有ZUMBA、拳擊有氧等。中午也有配合上班族開課每天中午大約都兩堂,晚上都有4-6堂課,假日也都有課程,我自己覺得選擇跟想上的都蠻平均。 ??‍♀️「自己的經驗」:我自己喜歡動態的課,本身就不喜歡瑜珈,所以選擇肌力搭配心肺有氧,原本心臟不太好,持續上一個半月就很有感體力變好精神變好。我自己是會一天上課間隔一天再上課,有些課程強度比較高我會錯開,讓身體可以得到適度的修復後再進行。目前一週TRX一堂、拳擊有氧一堂、派對有氧一堂。 3.老師:我覺得老師的共通點是很有熱情,另外是都很會看學員的需求調整教導方式。每個人喜歡的老師教法不同,但我上過快10個老師水準都很夠,也都會期輕鬆的帶領大家,新手也不用怕,舊生老師就會增加難度。 ??‍♀️「自己的經驗」:喜歡開心的被操可以選DEREK肌力訓練、喜歡開心美美的流汗可以選Trisha派對有氧、喜歡瘋狂燃燒自己炸汗練心肺可以選郭佳的拳擊有氧(我最❤️的一堂課)、喜歡入門透過簡單舞蹈流流汗可以選Peach的Zumba⋯其他老師也都很棒以上幾個是我比較常上的。 4.選課:手機line選課,每天晚上22:00會開放兩週後的那天的課程,每堂課有人數限制,滿班就會採取候補。有名額釋出的話會一次寄信給全部候補的人看誰先搶到。有一些比較熱門的課比較容易客滿,但是如果晚上22:00打開選基本上都選的到。如果真的有什麼課程一直選不到代表太熱門可以跟櫃台反應,也可以寫許願在牆壁上。他們很重視學員的心聲~這點很棒 5.環境:如果要論環境絕對不是最好的,但看每個人追求的重點不同。他的教室天花板偏低所以空中瑜伽有些人比較在意,有兩間教室基本上就是乾淨。樂園不大,不過都整理的很溫馨舒服,也有提供可以放運動鞋在樂園不用帶來帶去。如果很在意器材專業或者環境設備要很高級就比較不適合。 6.服務:我覺得這裡的氛圍讓人覺得很自在,每個人個性不同,但櫃檯人員都會親切地關心上課中狀況,老師也是,也很容易認識其他一起運動的同學。櫃檯也很重視學員的心聲,有什麼問題都可以和櫃台反應。 綜合而言,我覺得是一個讓我愛上運動看到自己身體進步的地方,感謝好時光,也希望分享給正在觀望想要運動的女孩們。(完全沒有業配,純屬個人感動)❤️

很喜歡好時光的環境氛圍~工作人員都超熱情,但也都不會給人壓力。有很多類型的課程可以選擇(空瑜、皮拉提斯、TRX等等)Derek 的課氣氛節奏都很不錯??

小班制的女孩運動樂園,課程很多元,初學者也很友善唷!嘗試過TRX, 空中瑜伽,Zumba, 皮拉提斯,西湖樂園的櫃台人員真的很暖心,有次上空瑜從掛布掉下來撞到頭,立馬幫我去買冰塊給我冰敷,叮嚀我當晚及隔天一定要注意有沒有頭暈想吐的症狀,擔心我會輕微腦震盪,隔天還特地打來關心我的狀況,接到真的是心好暖❤️
