★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 民宿就緊鄰墾丁大街上,到大街只要1分鐘,雖然民宿落在巷子裡,但有含停車位,所以開車的旅客也不用擔心,民宿環境整潔,就如同照片上一般,潔白明亮又十分簡約風格,這次入住的是四樓景觀雙人房,空間充裕,視野很好~非常適合情侶、夫妻入住,隔天早上還會親自送早餐到房間,如果硬要挑缺點的話,那就是早餐份量太剛好,男生會吃不飽。
The bed and breakfast is right next to Kenting Street. It takes only 1 minute to get to the main street. Although the hotel is located in the alley, there are parking spaces, so you don't have to worry about driving. The environment is clean and tidy, just like the photo, it is bright and simple. This stay is a double room with a view on the fourth floor. The space is abundant and the view is very good. It is very suitable for couples and couples. The next morning, I will personally send breakfast to the room. If you have to pick the shortcomings, the breakfast is too good. Boys will not eat enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 墾丁大街內的巷子裡,可以請店家幫你保留車位(路邊的,車子小台一點比較好停)。住的是四樓景觀房,空間不大,但有個景觀窗讓室內空間感大上一些。服務還不錯,房內備有膠囊咖啡,廁所似乎會有些微的沼氣味。
In the alleys of Kenting Street, you can ask the store to help you keep the parking space (the roadside, the car is a little better). Living in the fourth floor view room, the space is not big, but there is a landscape window to make the interior space feel a bit more. The service is not bad, there is capsule coffee in the room, and the toilet seems to have a slight smell of marsh.

2.民宿主人友善客氣,讓人沒有壓力。
3.床跟馬桶和泡澡池在同一個空間裡,而且是屬於半開方式,所以洗澡時要除濕機與冷氣一起打開,不然會眼睜睜看著水氣貼著天花板到床上的天花板。上廁所也是,味道直接通往床鋪,因為隔間沒有格到頂。
4.因為我住的是頂樓(4樓),所以下雨會超吵,絕對超乎你的想像。
5.或許是頂樓的關係,不時會有廁所之類的臭味,可能是排水管或是頂樓氣孔太接近窗戶造成。
6.沒有電梯,行動不方便的朋友要有心理準備。
7.有一個木頭製的可收縮平台,很難打開,而且放平後會往下斜15度,無法使用。
8.因為沖澡(泡澡)的地方與睡覺的地方空間沒有完全區劃出來,在沖澡泡澡時一不小心水就會流到冰箱上和床鋪旁。
9.格局非常特別,喜歡嘗試特殊格局的人可以考慮嘗試看看,但還是建議最好能請民宿主人打開房間,看完再決定。

7. There is a retractable platform made of wood that is difficult to open and will be tilted 15 degrees down when it is flat and cannot be used.
8. Because the place where the shower (bathing) and the sleeping place are not completely divided, the water will flow to the refrigerator and the bed when the bath is taken.
9. The pattern is very special. People who like to try a special pattern can consider trying it out, but it is still recommended to ask the owner to open the room and decide after reading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 除了地點很方便以外,其他部分都不少問題。房間隔音之差,可以直接聽到隔壁洗澡與電視聲音。房內浴室無隔間,濕氣與如廁氣味直接擴散,非常不適。管家有告知熱水需等五分鐘,我們開了至少十分鐘都還是不熱,打電話詢問,卻告知整棟為儲水型熱水器,可能是別間房客當下已將熱水用完,需等候30分鐘...超級無言。建築物內無電梯,雖說爬樓梯是小事,但是樓梯的高低差不定,若有長輩小孩務必小心。櫃檯人員晚間6點即下班,過了6點若有問題需以電話聯繫,對旅客而言不是很方便。希望店家可以改善。

The housekeeper told us that the hot water needs to wait for five minutes. We turned it on for at least ten minutes. We called to ask, but informed that the entire building is a water storage type water heater. It may be that other tenants have already run out of hot water and need to wait. 30 minutes ... super speechless. There is no elevator in the building. Although it is trivial to climb the stairs, the height of the stairs varies. If there are elder children, be careful. The counter staff is off at 6pm in the evening. If there is a problem after 6pm, it is not convenient for passengers to contact by phone. Hope the store can improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入住前:訂兩千塊的房間,入住前一個月就被誤刷將近兩萬的信用卡費,還沒有主動告知,退刷處理就拖了三週,讓人覺得心情很不好。
入住後:想當面瞭解為什麼會有誤刷的情形發生,結果沒有櫃檯可以詢問⋯
進了房間霉味重,浴室水龍頭老舊、出水量小、沒有乾濕分離,洗個澡房間地板都濕了,冰箱完全不冰還有異音,床雖有保潔墊但看起來用很久了⋯然後隔音很差。
相同價位應該有其他更好的選擇
Before check-in: I booked a room of RMB 2,000. I was mistakenly charged with a credit card fee of nearly RMB 20,000 a month before check-in. I didn’t inform myself, and the refund process was delayed for three weeks, which made me feel bad.
After check-in: I want to know face-to-face why the wrong brushing happened, but there is no counter to ask...
Entering the room has a strong musty smell, the bathroom faucet is old, the water output is small, there is no separation of dry and wet, the floor of the bath room is wet, the refrigerator is completely free of ice and there are abnormal noises, although the bed has a cleaning pad, it looks like it has been used for a long time ...And the soundproofing is poor.
There should be other better options at the same price

入住時間為三天兩夜,入住七號房,整體而言,讓人感覺很失望。
首先,民宿表示,因疫情關係,櫃檯人員輪休,但三天下來也都沒看到櫃檯人員,一切標示都不清不楚。
起初在拿鑰匙的時候,標示也是不清楚,還得打電話特別詢問,才知道要在寄信才會收到鑰匙密碼,隔天也遇到旅客跟我們一樣問題也是一頭霧水。
在房間的部分,如果整間房子要採半自助式,那麻煩標示真的要清楚,水沒了,浴巾想換,還要打電話詢問該去哪拿,人員才告知要自行去廚房拿。
再來房間硬體設施,環境整體算整潔乾淨,
但門把很難開關、冷氣遙控器整個看不到液晶面板、冷氣葉片發霉、冷氣忽冷忽熱、天花板牆壁有塊板子快掉了、收納桌根本打不開、廁所三不五時發出味道、房間棉被很潮濕,以上,並不是想特別挑問題出來講,而是整體感受真的滿糟糕的。
這些是這三天我與友人所看到的,
更別提對我們造成身體不適的影響。
一分錢一分貨的道理大家都懂,
但此次入住實在感受不到旅店的用心。

Check-in time is three days and two nights, staying in room No.7, overall, I feel very disappointed.
First of all, the homestay stated that due to the epidemic, the staff at the counter were on shifts, but no staff at the counter was seen for three days, and all the signs were unclear.
At first, when I took the key, the label was not clear. I had to call and ask for special questions. I knew that the key code would not be received until the letter was sent. The next day I encountered the same problem as ours but also confused.
In the part of the room, if the whole house is to be semi-self-service, the trouble sign must be clear. The water is running out, and if you want to change the bath towels, you have to call to ask where to get it. The staff told you to go to the kitchen to get it.
Then come to the room hardware facilities, the overall environment is neat and clean,
But the doorknob is difficult to open and close, the air-conditioning remote control cannot see the LCD panel at all, the air-conditioning blades are moldy, the air-conditioning is hot and cold, a board on the ceiling wall is about to fall, the storage table cannot be opened at all, and the toilet smells from time to time. The quilt in the room is very damp. The above is not to point out the problem specifically, but the overall feeling is really bad.
These are what my friends and I have seen in the past three days,
Not to mention the impact on our body.
Everyone understands the principle of getting what you pay for,
But this time I really couldn't feel the intention of the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies at the front desk are very nice and attentive to their guests. They also make a pretty good breakfast: slices of guava, tomatoes, half an egg, salad with corn, coffee, and... a hotdog? Would have preferred something a little more traditional than a processed piece of meat...
Rooms were clean, a/c nice and cold, and the tub in our room was absolutely fabulous--and the reason we chose to stay here over the other hotels next door.
Where things fell off for us was the rotten sewage odor that wafted up from the drain of the sink on our second day there. Not nice to have to smell while shaving, or brushing your teeth before or after breakfast, especially when it lingers in your nostrils.
We should note though that we smelled this odor elsewhere while driving or walking around town. So this may be a municipal issue--not just one with this hotel.
