★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though the restaurant is pretty small, but I had a great lunch experience here. The lunch set is surprisingly very cheap considering it includes the appetizer, main course, beverage and dessert.
For the main course I definitely recommend pappardelle as it has an amazingly great taste ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were attracted by this restaurant's incredible city view because there are some bloggers who recommended it on the internet. I think the scenery of the city is pretty good but the dishes are not so great. Also, the price is so pricey. If you are looking for a spot for some drinks, you may like this one. If not, I wouldn't recommend this one for having a meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feel very lucky to get nice seats with last minute plan. Great foods, decent cocktails with amazing view & warm hospitality make this bistro a such cozy place for friend gathering or romantic dating. Highly recommended. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is called The Lookout Bistro, but there is not much to lookout for... ? Nevertheless the seating by the window is always nice. The service is actually not bad, the waiter took the time to answer our questions regard to the menu; when we finished our meal and was time for dessert, it was already pass the final ordering time, but our waiter managed to pushed through an order of pudding for us! The overall food quality was not bad, and I can tell there were some efforts put into creativity of the dishes... though you wont get any woos and wows in this restaurant. The pricing is ok, i wouldnt say it is: bang of the buck. But if you are in the mood of trying a new restaurant, it is still worth a shot.

I ordered a Negroni and it was absolutely fantastic with perfectly balanced ingredients, the right amount of Bitters, and a slow-melting crystal-clear cube of ice. The risotto was outstanding in its flavors, texture, and execution, the burger and fries totally scrumptious, and the soft-shell crab and wrapped prawns mouthwatering and fabulous. Also, the service is impeccable yet friendly and warm, and the prices are reasonable.
