所以就從比較便宜的體適能課程開始
上一陣子之後體力變好 腹肌也開始有線條
從此愛上健身 也養成運動的習慣
筋膜放鬆課還有壺鈴壺鈴課也很實用
運動完放鬆肌肉 大腿小腿都有瘦下來
推薦不敢踏出第一步的人從這裡開始!
