The good thing about this restaurant is that it opens early(9am). Staffs are nice and foods are worth the price.

A gem of a place with a friendly, passionate b owner who be loves whiskies and much as good food. The philly cheese steak sandwich was jucy, served in great bread and to die for. We settled on a single imported beer each as we driving, but I'm sure I'll be back by taxi to try some the whisky flights.

Long overdue review. I have been here 3-4 times now. I am a picky eater and I complain a lot. This is one of the only restaurants I have found in Taiwan so far that I cannot complain about. Their pizzas' cheese is perfectly cooked to a slightly tanned color. The amount of sauce in their pizzas is perfect. They have perfectly cooked pizzas, not overdone, not undercooked. I have seen more expensive pizzas of lower quality and taste elsewhere This is coming from a picky eater. Their beef burgers are juicy and to die for, my girlfriend ended up eating half of mine. The fries that came along with that beef burger seemed as they were cut beforehand. They were extremely crunchy. The owner did mention that he makes his own pizza dough and pasta instore. The walls are decorated with bottles of whiskey. The owner is a whiskey fanatic and can offer customers 5-6 whiskeys to try for a set price. My favourite part about this place is that it has American craft beers like Sierra Nevada's and such. Despite me liking their pizza and burger, their actual speciality dishes are their ribs and souvlaki, which I plan to try. I eat quite late but do make a reservation because this place can become busy. This will be my go-to for pizzas. Oh, this place is a 5 minute walk from Hsinchu Station. The owner is caring and correctly guessed I loved tobasco sauce on my pizza without me asking. He cares about the little details. I'm sorry about the horrible photos, I suck with photos.

Can’t tolerate without the super delicious restaurant.

I tried the pasta, it feels like it has good and fresh ingredients however the sauce tastes like water. I think it lacks a bit of salt or spices so 4 stars for the ingredients quality

Beer? Check. Whisky? Check. Ribs? Check. Good vibes? Check. Amazing food. Nice dry rub ribs that fall off the bones. Clean good pizza, not greasy, just good cheese, tad of tomato sauce on nice bread. Salad is the perfect balance. The wide selection of beer and whisky is enough to have you here for hours.

Honestly, a first class experience. The food was amazing, the whiskey selection is even more amazing and the service was out of this world. The owner is super personable and friendly. Very happy to talk about whiskey and give recommendations. They have glencairn tasters available so you can try many different whiskeys for a reasonable price. As a fellow whiskey lover, this was by far the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had in Taiwan! If you’re in Hsinchu, you gotta try this one~
