★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這一家蔡姓女行員非常不敬業，態度也很差，連基本禮貌也沒有。如果要辦理銀行業務，記得要先問清楚或看清楚。而文件上的選項記得要先勾清楚再簽名，或者去別家辦理。她真的太糟糕了。我常上銀行辦理業務、頭一回遇到特產，超蝦！這家銀行怎麼教育員工的？還好我沒把錢存給他們。（本來要辦定存）
唯一慶幸的事情，一樓警衛很貼心幫你開門，可惜他不是行員，服務比行員好，真諷刺！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本土銀行稱得上數一數二爛的，打客服等到接聽至少要20分鐘以上，好不容易等到到客服時詢卻一問三不知。說會回電；等了整整一個月毫無音訊，也許地府主動聯繫我的機率還比較高。
The local banks are one of the best. It takes at least 20 minutes to call customer service to answer the call. It is hard to wait until the customer service inquires but asks three questions.
