★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在不知道是最後期限的情況下…要去申辦紓困貸款…而貴行的二樓放款部門卻說現在辦理可能會在書信來回之間會來不及…要我去網路上找其他銀行網路申請卡位…結果…網路上根本全滿…也在那天期限到期這項貸款已經下架…但是比照我的同事在同一天時間的申辦完成（華南銀行）…我真的感到無言！早知道就不要自以為的認為去自己的存款銀行辦理就好！如果那麼懶得接受民眾辦理…就不要接這項業務啊？想到就是火大！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 態度極差，到此開戶還沒三點半就說因等待客人太多不給辦，在我堅持還沒三點半時，主管就出來在大庭廣眾下問我為什麼要開戶？是做什麼工作的？有沒有固定的職業？是住在本地嗎？莫名其妙，我為什麼要在眾人的面前回到你這些問題。從來沒有新到一間銀行被如此對待過。
The attitude was very bad. It was said that the account was not opened because of waiting for too many customers before 3:30. So when I insisted that it was not before 3:30, the supervisor came out and asked me why I should open an account? What does it do? Is there a fixed occupation? Do you live locally? Somehow, why should I return to you in front of everyone. Never before has a new bank been treated this way.
