★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 由於疫情原因,上海員工分流,未電話通知「一路通」展延;我想說算了,花點小錢補密碼,於是找了地緣方便的分行,也就是「北新莊」。他們跟我說,補發密碼要帶像開戶一樣的這些資料,態度有點…..強硬,一副希望你趕快離開(不好意思,我會不會太誠實了),回去後,我實在覺得有點委屈,打去問原分行,是否需要這麽繁複?而且今年5月時,上海銀行內部資料更新,我已經特別跑來跑去了。
結果原分行跟我說,補發密碼只需要公司大小章、及負責人填申請表即可,我跟他們說,北新莊是不是刻意刁難呢?電話那頭的她說:確認一下再回覆我,結果來電時,跟我說,確實「只要」大小章及負責人申請表。
我想跟今天這位小姐說:希望可以再專業一點,瞭解你們家銀行作業流程好嗎? 然後客戶就是不懂去詢問,可以請您再多點耐心或愛心嗎?今天我也是和和氣氣詢問,並不是頤指氣使,而且我與你們行員在詢問,你突然衝過來,是多麼想趕人走,我知道………

這家分行往來四年,服務很好,櫃檯客戶愈來愈多,我們每年都有來拿發財水。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北新莊分行櫃員三名(台幣、外幣及服務台),也要兼職總務及文書等庶務,中午輪班用餐會只剩二名;後檯主管若得空,都有看到來前櫃支援。
持平來說,分行整體顏值及服務熱誠高;也看著他們一步步向中大型分行進步著。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022過年前去換存摺,離開前看到其他客人向行員索取紅包與春聯,詢問警衛,告知需要向櫃台人員索取,重新排隊向行員索取,行員說,那些紅包是他們自己員工要用的,不能給,然後另一位正在使用手機的行員立刻從櫃檯下拿出一大疊紅包收進自己背包中,這種服務做法瞬間感覺很不舒服,如果不是公司薪資戶頭,絕對不想跟這間銀行有往來…
