上海銀行真的是很差勁的銀行,2月14日申請,放任到3月17去問,居然說換系統了?居然沒有通知!不去問,是不是永遠不知道?太糟糕的銀行了!

首先對於服務人員的辛苦說聲感謝 但是接下來就要開始抱怨不足之處 首先因疫情關係,進來實名制/消毒/告知辦理甚麼業務 我都每項有做到。今天是要來更換新鈔 告知後拿了號碼牌我就坐著等待 等待約五分鐘左右,有下一位要來更換新鈔的客戶 我就聽到他告知那位客戶,已經沒有千元鈔票 此時我如果沒有聽到我是不是就要白白浪費休息時間而換不到 這是第一點讓人不悅的。 (站服務人員的是一位年輕男生) 第二點也就是我今天會發這個抱怨的主因 我後來起身去請教站大廳的服務員 是不是沒有千元鈔票了,(我口罩都還是緊緊戴好) 他看我過去問他竟然退後一大步! 我都沒擔心你離宣德那麼近,還每天接觸那麼多客人了 你這樣一退是覺得客戶有病嗎 ? 真的很令人不悅 這個分行客人已經很少了,動作也很慢 連站大廳的行員素質都是如此。 教育訓練跟螺絲真的是鬆了
