★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務人力不足，效率也很差，感覺第一線的櫃檯人員對於新業務不甚瞭解，許多步驟需要再請教資深人員，辦理簡單的業務也需枯等許久，有很大的改進空間。
The service manpower is insufficient and the efficiency is also very poor. I feel that the frontline counter staff do not know much about the new business. Many steps need to be consulted by senior staff. It takes a long time to handle simple business and there is a lot of room for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天中午去信義分行辦理網銀密碼，一號櫃檯的女性行員臉好臭，態度好差，最後我連謝謝都懶得講就離開。稍早我去附近的華南銀行辦理相同業務，華南的行員態度就非常熱忱且親切。或許她只是個案，但讓我對上海的印象大大扣分，如果可以我連一顆星也不想給。
At noon today, I went to the Xinyi branch to apply for the online banking password. The female clerk at Counter 1 had a bad face and a bad attitude. In the end, I didn't even bother to say thank you and left. Earlier I went to the nearby Huanan Bank for the same business, and the staff in Southern China were very enthusiastic and kind. Maybe she is just a case, but my impression of Shanghai is greatly deducted. If I can, I don't even want to give it a star.
