★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room looks nice from afar but upon close examination and using it, you will find ants on pillow, hot sprint not hot enough, shower has high (almost unusable) water pressure and slippery floors. While it isn’t bad, I won’t be coming back and I can’t recommend it either.

Good place for a weekend getaway. They offer rooms with hot springs inside as well as in public areas (outdoors) where you can pay and enjoy by the hour.
The meals (breakfast) are below average in both taste and variety. The service staff is efficient and cordial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible management and service. You can smell sewage at many parts of the spa center. The superior room merely meets the quality of a standard room at other hot spring resorts. Dusty room and they reuse the flip flops. Highly unhygienic. Concierge service is ridiculous. Really rude attitude except for the manager. Would definitely warn my friends about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place. Stayed in superior room. The room is like a small villa. Have 2 beds but the room is big enough for 4 persons comfortably. Each room comes with a huge hot spring bath. Very clean, no smell. But our neighbouring room next to ours does have a slight cigarette smell? Maybe its near to smoking rooms? Other than that, it's a great place to stay. Location near to many popular outings too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Chinese cuisine i have had since I came to Taiwan. Amazing steamed 石辬鱼! The hot staff are so friendly and guest room is amazing! Loved loved the hot spring facility in the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the hot spring was very nice and worth the trip.
Different pools with different temperatures, a steam room and wooden sauna. Though I don't understand why it is not allowed to put the towel on the wood bench, which is a requirement in every European sauna, as the wood will take all a person's sweat and deteriorate.
Can also use the mixed pool outside if you have bathing suit and cap.
Cheaper and less crowded on weekdays

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have often enjoyed the public hot spring pool here as well as the restaurant. It's a lovely place! I hope that Taiwan will open its border again soon. I want to visit again!
