11：30左右去辦事情，有ㄧ位老先生在櫃檯打瞌睡，經手的幾位都沒有服務熱忱，回答的不情不願，隔壁民眾問不懂的問題，專員大呼小叫的，解釋的不耐煩！感覺都在等12：00吃中餐！我唯一聽到的笑聲是跟送便當的說 等很久了吼?
去法院大多是不開心的，再面對到這樣的態度真的很不開心！

志工及法警法院人員態度都很好，也很專業。
