★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though all the focus is on copper grill pan KBBQ, but if you look more in-depth you will see the food behind it is different!! I like this place and I think the owner is Korean which makes it more authentic I guess.

The BBQ pork set is delicious and the service here is kind! The server also recommends us to mix the sprite and Makeolli! Très bon!

1: Beef set ($1200)
For $1200 in Taiwan, you would generally expect to see a good portion of meat but we were unpleasantly surprised by the portion I normally could kill just by myself. Meat quality is choice at best imo.
2: 乾烹雞
Probably the best dish here, no complaints
3: Kimchi jigae
Personally, I look for aged fermented kimchi with a bit of sourness in the soup. The kimchi jigae tastes over poweringly spicy and i could barely taste the sourness. I’d recommend that the store drop a little bit of spiciness level and up the sourness.
Overall I think it was an above average meal but would I come back? Maybe not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in the neighborhood running an errand when I noticed this place that had Gamjatang (pork bone soup) on the menu. The smaller single sized portion has 2 bones in it. Initial taste seemed off to me but it got better as I kept eating. Meat was pretty tender but the potatoes weren't cooked enough.
Would I repeat? Yes, to try the BBQ and until I find a better Gamjatang in Taipei; this is good enough to satisfy any craving.

Heartily authentic. Worthy a visit if you miss or admire Korean food.
GREAT if you are able to order their signature dishes (pre ordering 兩張皮 for ex.) with more companies, beer and liquers.
(They cater for Korean tourist group visiting Taipei on regular basis.)
