The barber shop started more than 30 years ago here in Taipei by 3 sisters, and mens (and ladies) of all ages are still enjoying having haircuts by the sisters, or other hairdressers that each one of them has their own call sign number. If English is a concern, take a friend speaking in mandarin with you. There are usually young people in the shop that may assist you with translation though.

I usually dread getting my hair cut in Taipei as I can never find a barber to do it right and it seems like all the good ones are rather expensive, but I stumbled upon this shop and decided to give it a try. Only $350NT for cut and wash, the lady did an almost perfect job. Very satisfied and will be back!
