★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從天冷出發跑台21線玉山觀景公路水里玉山線，途中7公里處羊奶頭休息站是上坡頂點，開始彎曲的下坡路線到國姓，國姓三叉路口全家便利店共21公里，再左轉往泰雅渡假村跑，整路車不多，重機比較多，空氣好，風景不錯，只是檳榔樹種太多。
Starting from Tianleng, treading line 21, Yushan Scenic Road, Shuili Yushan Line, 7 kilometers on the way, the goat’s nipple rest stop is the apex of the uphill, and the curved downhill route starts to go to Guoxing, Guoxing Sancha intersection, the family convenience store is 21 kilometers in total. Then turn left and run to Atayal Resort. There are not many cars on the road, more heavy machines, good air, and nice scenery, but there are too many betel nut trees.
