?香料煎蘑菇牛肉莫札瑞拉起司 $340（附一碗主廚濃湯） 深海鹽煎炒洋菇，拌自製茄醬佐薄片牛肉（三片比掌心大的牛肉，誠意十足），並將櫛瓜刨成麵條的形狀（選用有機認證櫛瓜），取代碳水麵條，搭脆綠蔬菜，配濃郁費達起司，撒自製糖脆蜂蜜烤核桃，完美，完全不需沾醬。 馬鈴薯濃湯也讓人好想再續。 ?肉桂捲抹奶油乳酪$200(限量供應) 採用日本製粉、進口發酵奶油、自製奶油乳酪醬、低溫烘培脆糖蜂蜜烤核桃。 屬於紮實口感，還有酥脆核桃畫龍點睛，可惜奶油乳酪醬略多，然而奇妙是享用完後才覺得微麻，不是當下有麻或辣，這道甜點的確有它的功力。 ?老樹紅茶歐蕾$110 茶香十足，連飲品都絲毫不馬虎。 ?有Wifi ?免費插座 ?無服務費 ?個人低銷$160 ?嚴選食材到到讓人嘆為觀止（官方FB有詳細po文） ?色、香、味俱全餐點，用心看得見，還有美麗又親切的天使店員，一躍而上成為竹北必推餐廳。

雞肉pita????? 雞肉跟蔬菜都很新鮮，本以為會過於清淡，但香料調味整個很足卻不失清爽。大推他們自製的鷹嘴豆醬跟蕃茄醬，2者一起加在餅皮上令人驚豔，吃到一點都不想剩下。 乳酪醬肉桂捲???? 肉桂捲本體不是鬆鬆的麵包，多帶了點韌性，是我最愛的口感。酥脆的核桃裹著一點點糖，口感整個提升，大加分。 可惜乳酪醬偏濃重了點，有點壓掉肉桂味，不然原本的肉桂味應該滿香的。建議乳酪醬可以清爽一點，整體平衡感更好，吃整顆比較不易膩。

服務部分從一進門就感受到滿滿親切感 詳細又熱情的食材解說 也感染了好心情 低消$160 大概是一份肉桂捲的價格 肉桂捲搭配的不是乳酪醬 而是鮮奶油 有點特別 但是肉桂味真的超淡 連單吃都感受不太到存在感? 有點像白麵包⋯（如照片）麵包味還比較明顯? 倒是肉桂捲旁邊附的焦糖核桃很好吃 雞腿pita很香 吃起來口感豐富 香料十足 當天湯品是喝起來很淡很淡的味噌湯 當天人不多 所以坐了很久 雖然價格不算便宜 但是個環境不錯的不限時咖啡廳

Haven't had a restaurant experience this bad in a long time. This was my second time here. Came with two kids this time. Made us wait in the rain for a few minutes while they fixed the thermometer. After noticing the kids shivering they finally said we could wait inside. The restaurant was mostly empty, so I couldn't understand why we had to wait outside in the first place. There is a table for 6 available, but they make me and 2 kids sit at an uncomfortable counter space. They say there is a reservation. Turns out that the reservation is for 4 (there are 3 other 4 person tables empty by the way). Also turns out that the reservation for 4 is for 1 hour later. At which time we should have been done, if the service wasn't terrible that is. After waiting 15 minutes to order they tell me that today we have to order downstairs, at the cashier. Meanwhile 10 other customers' orders go in before us. As I watched someone else pay AFTER eating, finally I get to order. I know they have chicken available, but they think I can't understand Chinese and one of the staff tells the cashier to pretend they don't. That was the reason we came to eat here. After telling them I understand Chinese and asking why everyone else could order chicken, they admit they have more. But it would be a hassle to make, so they just told me there was none to save themselves the hassle. A hassle they are happy to undergo for other customers. But finally they make a "special exception" and allow me to order it. They make me pay BEFORE getting food. No one else is asked to do that. Food takes 45 minutes to arrive, despite me asking for salad and bread to come first. They don't serve any of these until the mains are done. I specifically said the kids were hungry, but seems they didn't care. The owner insists that they've been hurrying to make my order. Obviously not. Soup doesn't take 45 minutes to scoop out. Store bought pita bread doesn't take 45 minutes to cut. At least the food is still decent. Though I am not sure if they spit in it or otherwise. If the weather wasn't freezing and I hadn't been with young kids, I would have left after the first bad sign. Turns out I should have left despite bringing the kids and weather, as enduring a 15 minute walk in the cold rain would have been much better than the service we endured. You can take a chance and come, if they are in a good mood or want to be kind, they will be. The food is good. That was why I came back, for this, my 2nd time here. It will definitely be the last time. 50/50 chance of decent service just isn't good enough for me. P. S. To top off the experience, as we exit the restaurant they say thanks for coming. One of them makes a motion to open the door for us... And promptly releases the door on us as we pass through. If he had hit my kids with the door I would have had to file a police report. I really don't know what is wrong with these people. They were so rude that now I really suspect we may have been poisoned. Will keep alert and contact police if we get food sickness tonight.
