項鍊斷了到店詢問換新鏈，直接說2022台灣tiffany全撤銀飾只賣金飾，銀飾連維修都不能維修，還好我打去敦化店才知道根本被騙，敦化店櫃姐很親切負責，建議大家去敦化店，逛精品不用受氣。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建議買Tiffany 的話不要來這間，服務態度非常差，之前在這間買的手環，當時櫃哥在介紹的時候，有說如果需要調整及清潔的話，可以回去請他們服務，結果今天去的時候發現我們沒有要消費，而是保養時，直接回說調整可以自己用手調整，清洗自己回去洗會比較乾淨，完全沒有要服務的意思，服務的那位小姐也沒有名牌，下次不會再來這間，非常差的體驗

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先打電話到櫃上問欲購款（3萬或5萬）的項鏈有無現貨，櫃姐說有並邀請到現場看，我便馬上搭車過去，可能是我穿的太平凡手上又拿屈臣式的塑袋，到門口，現場1位服務客人中，其他2位看見我沒反應，1位來招呼我說現場正在忙，請我在門外等15分......謝謝SOGO櫃點的服務，我會去新光信義店購買的。
