I contacted them via Line from overseas, they replied in a fast pace, answered with all of my questions patiently & gave suggestions. I also had a small issue when making the payment, as I’m using an overseas card, but it was all resolved within minutes. Flowers were delivered fresh & pretty in the afternoon, family was very happy with it. I would definitely order from them in the future!
