其實一顆星都不想給! 5/2 約3點左右在櫃位上逛了3-5分鐘, 但都沒有人員在櫃位上。 旁邊櫃的人員還親切的跟我說要稍等, 並幫忙打電話給此櫃的人員,但似乎沒有接, 於是決定閒晃一圈再繞過來。 一回到櫃位,我告知想換手錶電池 但短髮的女服務人員用質問的語氣問有沒有帶保固卡 但我真的不知道換電池需要帶(我無知,抱歉) 因為手錶是去年2月男友帶我來挑的生日禮物 我是真的很喜歡這個牌子, 但服務人員的態度跟語氣讓我真的很驚嚇 為什麼要一直用質問的語氣? 而且態度真的很不耐煩... 「你有沒有帶保固卡?」 「這樣我才能確定你在我們這邊買的」 「你是裡面文具店買的吧!」 「不是我們這邊買的,不能這樣換」 真的覺得品牌是不是該好好的做教育訓練? 這樣的服務態度...真的可以嗎? 人都有情緒我能理解 但這樣...真的有點糟糕

店員態度非常惡劣。 5/2 下午快接近3點時跟女友原本要到Tiimec更換手錶電池(約一年多前於同個店家購入,當時是男店員,態度非常好),但發現店員不在櫃上,隔壁櫃店員還試圖幫忙聯絡卻聯絡不上,我們想說逛一圈再回去。5分鐘後回到原處告知要更換手錶電池,店員(女性,短髮,約30多歲)先是強調有沒有帶保固卡(語氣已經有點不好),沒有的話則不能更換,後來想確認能不能自費,店員即不斷再三強調沒有就是不能換(語氣越來越不耐煩),言語中有些斷定沒有保固卡就不是在他們家購入,質問是不是在他處買的。無奈之下,只能帶著一肚子氣離開店家。本來想說在這裡買回到這裡換會比較好,結果好好的假日心情都被破壞了。 麻煩品牌經理好好加強員工訓練,不要讓有質感的品牌因為不良的服務態度影響了形象!應該不是只有要消費才笑臉迎人吧?售後服務即便是客人忘了保固卡之類的,語氣真的不要讓人覺得那麼不舒服。(要不是一定要選一顆星,我連星星都不想給)
