★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A full restaurant version of the nearby food hall outlet, this place has a larger menu. Service is quick and efficient, although some of the dishes were somehow not as tasty as the small place nearby. Still tasty tho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was absolutely horrendous, there restaurant was only half empty but the waiters still don't bother to take notice. We had to walk over to give them our order to then be told to go back and sit down they will come to us twice!
We then had to ask them for water because they don't bother bringing it. First two dishes were served very quick, then we had to wait about 10 minutes for the next dishes.
Food itself was OK, nothing special, but for the price and the lack of service, it's not worth going back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the food quality and service of this place has really gone down. it was later in the night so they weren't busy, yet it was hard to flag down someone to just refill our water.
the dishes were all subpar. the steamed pork rib was all fat/ tendon with no meat. it felt like everything else was microwaved to barely room temperature. the phoenix claws (chicken feet) was cold; we asked them to heat it up for us, but it still came back out cold. pairing this with the bland flavor, it's really sad to see how terrible this place has gotten.
expect to pay around $300-400 per person. there are much better dimsum places and plenty around the area. i do not recommend coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Char Siu bun overrated for sure. Not a fan, very sweet and grainy exterior. Chicken feet was good, so was most of the food. Cabbage was well below the bar by Taiwan standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ate at TImHoWan two times a month for lunch in Hong Kong last few years. Happened to pass this shop so I walked in to try with great expectations. Don’t mind to pay more outside of HK, but the quality and taste of food is not close to their standards in Hong Kong. Gravy for the Bean curb with pork and shrimp was so thick, it’s like jello. You can pick up gravy with chopstick. BBQ pork inside the bun was too sweet for authentic taste. Will not come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tim Ho Wan the name that so call bear the Michelin star, but with high expectations comes big disappointment.
First of all price is still affordable, waiter just murmuring our orders, restaurant just slightly half full.
Food taste, everything feels microwave and then steamed, egg tart cold like left out for a few days, shrimp dumpling skin tore like it is over cooked. Only chicken feet taste abit better, not the best, but is good considering the rest is just not acceptable for its 'Michelin' name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been curious about Tim Ho Wan for years and finally got a chance to have it. Staff was pretty good, super quite restaurant, food were great. My personal favorite is their Chasio Bao, crispy outside, delicious inside. Super yummy. Would like to have it once more in the future!
