非常不愉快的經驗 耳機在使用 七個月之後 突然斷裂! 寄給他們維修後 過了大概四個禮拜 進度一直不確定 狂打電話 人員每次都不太確定 直到又過了三個禮拜後 工程師才回覆三個禮拜前在調貨! 請問三個禮拜前就知道的事情為何不先跟消費者溝通? 而是用不確定或是不回Email 的方式! 服務品質非常非常的不好!!!!!!!!!! 這樣姑且不論 斷裂後工程師表示說 這個部分沒有保固 需要自己負擔 雖然我是在正常使用的情況下自己斷裂的 但我也認為情有可原 且需要急用耳機 所以就答應了自己負擔維修費用 然後就又拖了大約兩個禮拜 才收到耳機 (維修費用也沒有開出發票給我) 結果!!! 零件更換好拿回來之後 才用兩個禮拜 同樣的地方又再次斷裂!!! 同樣的地方又再次斷裂!!! 同樣的地方又再次斷裂!!! 請問這次應該怎麼處理? 貴公司又要歸咎到消費者使用問題上媽? 難道對自己代理的產品品質都不控管的媽?

小弟沒有評過如此低分的1星,第一次就給了台閔… 今年暑假GoPro去游泳後畫面螢幕無法顯示,聯絡了很久客服小姐說法為請消費者自行將機子寄回公司比較“快”;怎知寄回公司後從此沒有下文,隔了一週多自行去電後客服說要轉處理工程師,工程師詢問資料後說:“喔~這個還沒處理”;再次詢問約莫何時會開始檢測他回覆明天;之後又過了一週,覺得實在等太久很誇張只好再次去電,工程師竟回覆無法處理,叫我看要不要自行再送國外原廠修理…!! 個人認為,每個工作都有辛苦與忙碌的時候,所以我沒有一直跟催;但如果無法處理是否應當請客服再聯絡消費者呢?若當時沒再次去電,是否從此無消無息!? 之後更誇張的是浪費了近三週後拿回無法修理的機子不打緊,機子的保護殼上下支架竟然全都擠壓斷裂了!!! 我相信消費者都很愛惜身邊的每項物品,但由包裝手法不難看出代理商處理態度相當隨便! 抱歉貴公司服務我實在無法推薦,期望貴司能改善服務品質,勿讓消費者不斷流失~

Gopro在台灣有兩間代理商,千萬不要跟這間買,售後服務爛的跟什麼一樣,我在同一個禮拜內分別買了兩間代理商的Gopro,約莫一年後剛好兩台GoPro都出現了當機的情形,我分別詢問了兩間Gopro的維修部門,忠欣代理商的維修部態度良好,並試著在電話中提供了三種可能性,讓我們先試看看能否改善當機情形,最後試完以後一樣還是出現當機情形,忠欣公司二話不說就請我們寄Gopro回去,並換了一台新的Gopro給我。 而這間代理商呢,請我寄回去後,說測試了很多次,都沒有發生當機情形,代表沒有故障,然後就原封不動地再寄回來給我,浪費我一個禮拜的時間等待,然後一樣沒有解決問題,維修部態度消極也沒有找出當機原因,這樣我怎麼知道我之後錄影會不會又當掉,大家購買前請三思!我真的連一星都不想給台閔科技。
