他的客服專線是虛設的吧???我連續五天每天打了10通以上沒一次接通,要退個票依照他們的流程處理,結果就是石沉大海,該公司是不是詐騙集團呀????再三天要是再連絡不上我就只能親自到他們公司不然就是報警處理了......

退票制度真的很爛,購票三天內退,之後不予退票,這就算了,現在疫情擔憂想要詢問退票,但是都不給予一些變通,只能讓粉絲自行吸收,看到大家到處在讓票就知道,真的很多人都很擔憂的。。。。。

客服人力若無法解決多場次大型演唱會種種問題,麻煩請不要接這種CASE,客服電話已連續打一個禮拜,每通好不容易撥進線,接通後都是抱歉客服人員忙線中,請稍後...然後10分鐘後自動掛掉。是當大家電話費都不用錢的嗎?大家碰到的問題就不多贅述了,貴司如果沒有辦法解決,就請把客服外包出去!只想賣票不想處理後續問題就不要承包好嗎?沒那能力在那接大案子。

因疫情持續延燒,和友人合訂的張惠妹演唱會4張票,最終為了健康安全著想不得不退票⋯主辦方規定必須至現場退票,也是冒著染疫風險特別去退了,因為是請朋友幫忙買不知道有用到藝fun券,我和另一位友人是當天到現場各退兩張票,但是訂單編號都是一樣的,後來遲遲沒有收到退款~ 打給客服,說因為沒有一起寫在同一張單上,因此不予退款,但他們在事項上面說整單退我們也確實整單退了只是分兩張寫,這樣也沒有說讓我們重新填寫有個補正機會?單方面的制定規則並沒有合乎消費者公平原則,這樣是否太差勁?沒看到演唱會已經很難過,最後直接把我們的錢吃掉?這樣的處理方式消費者下次還會想再購買嗎?爛透了!
