I called in to arrange a bouquet for my sister's birthday yesterday and had this wonderful surprise delivered even there were so many hiccups from my side to start with: Not knowing the deliver address, last minute order, and to top it up I actually live overseas! They absolutely delivered every single of my request with carefulness , patience and excellency. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
