反應之後工作人員很熱心的幫忙處理問題
也持續打電話來追蹤是否還有相同狀況
所以改成五顆星～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我一開始是參加王怡璇老師的講座，老師講解文法非常容易理解，釐清了困擾我很久的自他動詞觀念。之後開始上雲端課程，看影片學習真的很方便，但大家都知道...人性會怠惰，課買了之後就會告訴自己明天再看就好....結果都只是安慰自己而已...
不過當我知道老師開直播課程後，為了跟上直播進度，我告訴自己一定要把課上完才行，算是給自己一個期限內把這目標完成，所以我會定期設好每周進度，剛好也可以每周跟老師提問，現在每個禮拜都在期待老師的直播課！

After that, I started taking cloud courses. It was really convenient to watch videos and study, but everyone knows... human nature will be lazy. After you buy the lesson, you will tell yourself to watch it tomorrow.... The result is just to comfort yourself... .
But when I learned that the teacher started a live broadcast course, in order to keep up with the progress of the live broadcast, I told myself that I must finish the course. It was a time limit for myself to complete this goal, so I would set a weekly schedule on a regular basis. You can also ask the teacher questions every week, and now I am looking forward to the teacher's live class every week!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我之前其實不太喜歡看影片上課，所以我都找一對一家教，但上過之後，才知道家教很大的缺點就是老師會臨時有事！所以三不五時常常停課.....老師安排的上課內容也零散，很難好好的去學習，上過幾次家教後，覺得真的是不太適合自己。
直到開始透過TKB日文混成學習的方式後，除了直播課堂上老師定期規畫的進度讓我覺得很紮實外，影片課程我也發現並沒有想像中的排斥，而且可以暫停抄筆記、不懂可以重複播放，都是我認為家教無法做到的地方，所以能兼顧兩種模式的學習，我覺得非常適合我。
I didn’t really like watching videos to attend classes before, so I always find one-on-one tutors, but after I went there, I realized that the big disadvantage of tutoring is that the teacher will have something to do! Therefore, classes are often suspended from three to five. The content of the class arranged by the teacher is also scattered, and it is difficult to study well. After several tutoring, I feel that it is really not suitable for me.
Until I started learning through the TKB Japanese mixed learning method, in addition to the regular schedule of the teacher planning in the live broadcast class, I felt very solid. I also found that the video course was not as repulsive as I imagined, and I could pause to copy notes and repeat if I didn’t understand. Broadcasting is something that I don’t think tutoring can do, so I think it’s very suitable for me to be able to take into account the two modes of learning.
