★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 熱的前菜-炸軟殼蟹炸得剛剛好，不會有海鮮的臭味
松露義大利麵很好吃，鵝肝也煎得非常好，特別是搭配的醬 微辣 又有撒糖，一粒粒脆脆的口感搭配起來很特別。牛排料理得也很好，有附上玫瑰鹽、胡椒、芥末及紅酒醋醬。最後的是草莓cream cheese冰淇淋配上舒芙蕾，舒芙蕾不像一般的那麼的有空氣感，但是口味上真的很棒，兩者搭配起來吃起來很舒服。唯一的缺點可能就是菜色都太油，但應該是法式料理需要這麼大的油量（？）總之，整體是個很棒的經驗，值得再去。

The truffle pasta is delicious, the foie gras is also very good, especially the sauce is slightly spicy and sprinkled with sugar. The crunchy texture is very special. The steak is also well prepared, with rose salt, pepper, mustard and red wine vinegar sauce. The last thing is strawberry cream cheese ice cream with Soufflé. Soufflé is not as airy as usual, but the taste is really good. The two are very comfortable to eat together. The only downside may be that the dishes are too oily, but it should be that French cuisine requires such a large amount of oil (?) In short, it is a great experience overall and worth going again.

That weekday night, there was only our table. The chef of each dish is very attentive to explain the origin and cooking method of each dish. This is my first experience with no-menu cuisine, and I like it very much. I recommend everyone to try it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt pretty disappointed with the set meal... the salad is overly sour and flavors don't mesh well, corn and potato soup tastes flavorless, rib meat was very chewy, and dessert was a deconstructed mess of ice cream and some kind of cream pudding. The only saving grace was that the lamb chops were flavorful and tender. Service is not bad, but it could have felt more family friendly at least with some adjustments to the seating and how the food is served. Not worth the price for the food and experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. Good was amazing. For the mains, I highly recommend the lamb, it was amazing. All the other food was exceptional too. The chef comes out and explains the whole process of how the food was cooked and the tastes that are expected. 10/10 would come back.
