身為天仁茗茶的常客,到哪都要買天仁茗茶,買過很多家,只有這家分店飲料沒貼品項貼紙直接給顧客,喝了發現給錯希望更換,卻態度惡劣什麼都沒說直接把飲料拿走,不耐煩的給了正確飲料後又轉頭忙自己的。好喝的飲料卻因為員工服務態度惡劣整體感覺非常失望。以後不會在這家分店消費。
As a frequent customer of Tenren's tea, I have to buy Tenren's tea wherever I go. I have bought many of them. Only this branch has no item stickers attached to the customers directly. After drinking it, I found it was wrong and hoped to replace it, but I had a bad attitude. Did not say to take the drink directly, impatiently gave the correct drink and then turned to busy himself. The good drinks were disappointed by the poor service attitude of the staff. Will not spend in this branch in the future.

良好的品牌與茶飲、惡劣的員工與訓練,總體來說是非常差勁的體驗。 我們的消費時間是平日下午非尖峰時段,點飲料沒有等、結帳店員也未告知我們是幾號。在等飲料的過程前後也只有我們這組客人。 飲料做好後,店員戴著口罩小小聲的喊了一個號碼,但由於1.飲料杯上沒有貼號碼/品項 2.店員也未告知我們是幾號,在我們詢問店員該杯飲料是不是我們的之後,店員只是看了我們一眼沒做明確回覆。 結果喝第一口就發覺那杯飲料不是我們的,當下立即向店員反映。 該店員態度極度惡劣,站在櫃台前冷冷的看著我們,眼睛上下打量了一下,叫我太太把吸管抽起來,把飲料整杯抓過去,惡狠狠的撕掉封膜後整杯倒掉,沒有任何言語溝通,是後來其他店員過來善後,重做一杯正確的飲料,並先詢問太太後將喝過的吸管接走、再給我們一根新的(錯的茶飲含奶,我們點的是純茶)。 我自己也曾任職服務業,也能理解難免會在工作上有情緒。 但今天這整件事會讓我覺得很糟的癥結是在於,1.這家分店的服務流程有問題(點餐後不知道自己幾號、飲料杯上沒貼紙、店員給飲料後面對顧客詢問不給予正面回覆) 2.該女性員工(身高160左右, 有染髮, 貼很濃的假睫毛)態度極度惡劣,當我們都已經主動詢問確認了、不正面回應,事後又用一種「你們為什麼不看清楚再喝」的態度面對顧客,一舉一動還能讓顧客感受到她強烈的憤怒。 我想跟該位員工說「拜託一下,顧客沒有欠妳什麼,妳來上班沒幫公司賺錢還浪費一杯飲料,妳欠公司的可多了。 自己不爭氣,不要把過錯推在別人身上」 我還是會繼續支持這個品牌,但以後絕對不會再到這家分店消費了。

I have also worked in the service industry myself, and I can understand that it is inevitable to be emotional at work. But the crux of the whole thing today that makes me feel bad is that 1. There is a problem with the service process of this branch (I don’t know my number after ordering, there is no sticker on the drink cup, and the clerk gives the drink to the customer. Inquiries are not given a positive response) 2. The female employee (about 160 in height, with dyed hair, and thick false eyelashes) had an extremely bad attitude. When we all actively asked to confirm and did not respond positively, we used another "Why do you guys" afterwards. When facing customers with an attitude of "don't see clearly before drinking", every move can make customers feel her strong anger. I want to say to this employee, "Please, the customer doesn't owe you anything. You came to work and didn't help the company to make money and wasted a drink. You owe the company a lot. Don't be upset, don't put your fault on others." I will continue to support this brand, but I will never go to this branch for consumption in the future.

點餐男店員不是普通的雷,點餐的時候說珍珠要等20分鐘,結果等了20分鐘後回去,出餐的小姐直接說沒有餒珍珠起鍋還要再15分鐘。所以根本不是20分是35分鐘以上,店員的工作能力真的有非常大的進步空間,浪費顧客的時間,讓人覺得根本在耍人
