跟著老婆的心情來用餐,下雨天風險比較大。在合宜住宅的騎樓下忽然看到了熟悉的店招,跟王品一系列餐品的水準大致相同,這裡的空間寬敞,桌位規劃得比較像自助餐廳的配置,桌間隔太近,人聲吵雜很熱鬧,照明也光亮如大廳堂,少了之前在其它家店的氣氛。2022/04/30跟家人來用餐,整體而言除了主餐炙燒魚的烹調方式不喜歡,外皮是有酥脆,但奇淡無比,肉質不鮮美,還有淡淡的土味。還有杏苞菇的調味太重鹹了。其餘的菜色都還不錯 *食材9*烹調9*環境7*服務9

很久很久沒有吃陶板屋了~應該將近有十年了吧! 因為之前在板橋店的印象不太好所以一直沒有再光顧~ 剛好老爸拿了兩張公司發的禮卷給我~我就跟老公來試試看囉! 我們訂的是17:45,到現場的時候其實店內已經快坐滿了!生意真的非常不錯耶! 主餐我們選擇紐約客,跟加價的羊排~ 沙拉我們也加價換成了軟殼蝦玉子卷佐干貝(名字聽起來就非常霸氣???) 軟殼蝦玉子卷佐干貝真的不只名字霸氣本人也好吃!不太需要搭配旁邊的醬料就已經很有味道了~搭配之後更有不同的感覺,我很喜歡! 燻雞凱薩沙拉則是中規中矩~ (這中間有個小插曲,我們比旁邊幾桌的客人都先點好菜,但我們吃完第一道沙拉之後,卻一直沒有上前菜,反而是其他桌客人都已經上到湯品了,不知道是不是被遺忘了?經過提醒服務生之後後續的上菜速度才恢復正常…) 干貝海鮮茶碗蒸熱度很夠、味道也好吃! 蔗香海鮮清湯跟百合牛肉湯也不賴!但這兩個比起來我個人比較喜歡海鮮清湯的清甜味?而且海鮮清湯的熱度也比牛肉湯更適中一些 再來就是今天的主菜啦~ 喜歡吃牛排的我,特地點了紐約客五分熟~ 上桌之後看起來還不錯!但切起來非常吃力…只好交給我老公處理? 切下去的肉色沒有我想像中的粉紅色反而偏向全熟的顏色…吃起來也偏乾偏硬…是真的蠻失望的? 蒜香羊排反而讓我驚艷!羊排吃起來非常嫩,而且完全完沒有羊騷味!有點後悔沒有兩個都點羊排啊啊啊(誤? 松露雞肉炸飯糰外皮炸得有點太硬而且吃起來蠻乾的…也沒什麼味道… 起司牛肉炊飯就還不錯!起司很濃郁,飯本身的味道也很足夠~但搭配起來不會膩口,蠻神奇的! 冷月紫米我很喜歡!紫米本身不會太甜,芋頭也很綿密~很好吃? 柚香甜蘋慕斯蛋糕我老公說還不錯!(我個人不愛柚子的味道所以沒吃無法給評價?) 焦糖醇香奶茶就一般般~ 黑米國寶茶我不敢喝…但我老公說很順口! ps.因用餐後有填寫用餐問券,店長看到我回饋的內容有跟我聯絡致歉,希望下次再有機會到林口店消費,可以有更好的用餐感受☺️
