2022/4/4 18:30左右 一名老者因票被站務小姐撕下後沒把票根歸還老者,因而產生糾紛 老者與站務小姐溝通未果,站務小姐說出:「我不要跟你講話、我不要跟你講話」,並拿起手機說:「12號入口這邊,有人在鬧」 不久,兩位警察前來了解狀況,站務小姐堅稱自己沒有業務上疏失,是老者自己沒搞清楚狀況來鬧事,並且態度很不客氣 從頭到尾完全不甩老者,不肯幫忙找票,甚至不肯重新確認有沒有把票根還給老者,只是一味指責老者鬧事。事情最後是站務小姐的疏失,耽誤老者時間還用這種態度面對客人 如果統聯客運之後不會安排這位站務小姐接受教育訓練,那只能說生意越來越差不是沒有原因 我想我下次寧願坐高鐵吧,至少比較沒機會遭受那位老者的遭遇。
