★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不推薦設計師Gill，吹頭髮手勁很大，弄得我頭皮很痛，之前有一次討論想燙捲髮，Gill很客觀的陳述照片是一開始燙完吹出來的樣子，之後自己整理不會長這樣，了解之後我說沒關係我可以接受，她說那你燙這樣有什麼意義，聽了感受非常差，後來我很沮喪說想燙頭髮怎麼這麼難，她接著說，還是你去找這張照片的設計師燙，再次傻眼，知道她說的話沒有錯，但當下聽起來感受極差，有種被趕走的感覺。
幾次去找她剪頭髮，覺得她剪髮細心，但每次和她討論髮型都讓我很沮喪，知道他是管理客人的期待，但或許不是斬釘截鐵說不行，而是以可以達到什麼程度溝通，感覺會更好吧，我以後不會再去找Gill剪髮了，他剪髮功力有，但給人的服務感受太差了，每次剪完頭髮都覺得很受氣很壓抑。
以上是我個人經驗個人感受，搞不好我是獨特案例，僅供參考。
