★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They wasted my time and my client's time. I asked for a quotation in May and their rep said it would be a couple days. After 9 days I contacted him asking when I could get it. He then tells me they don't wanna do it because they're busy with a bigger, I assume more profitable, order. They can do it next year, he (finally) tells me.
