我想如果只是看目錄就能買的話，我直接官網看就好了裡面尺寸規格更清楚，會去現場也是希望銷售人員能稍微介紹下產品，建議大家要在官網做好功課，例如馬桶的不同，便座功能之類的，先做好功課，確認好想要哪幾款，然後再去現場看，不要像我一樣功課沒做去現場只看到了空虛寂寞⋯一排馬桶上面就是寫了型號、沖水方式、價格、安裝費用沒了。

我不明白這店員還是老闆是在跩什麼？不行做生意真的不要開門。

外觀能量的尺寸都量了，還帶了照片去，結果還要我量拆下來之後的尺寸，我看起來像做水電的嗎！
全世界我就不相信只有你們家有賣免治馬桶！

進入店內發現完全沒人，打了聲招呼發現一位中年男子翹著二郎腿再滑手機，一副你來幹嘛的態度說「等一下」，想說來都來了就乖乖待在旁邊「罰站」！心想~你開店連聲招呼都不打? 還需要客人主動去尋找老闆? 主動打聲招呼態度又不知道在差什麼！重點問了商品也不稍微介紹一下，又一副想你快點走的樣子！去也完全得不到想要的資訊!
TOTO 真的是不錯的牌子，但運氣不好碰上這樣鳥的店家
