詢問維修舊款Toto馬桶，直接告訴我們已停產，無法維修，要我們更換新產品，講的自己很了解！
因緣際會去了別家門市，那間店的老闆娘說沒停產，還告訴我們維修電話。
感謝另一家老闆娘，讓我省了不少時間與金錢。

馬桶要從舊家換去新家，跟老闆說12月要搬進新家在那之前要安裝好，老闆自己來丈量之後說會在跟我約時間，現在12月都快過完，老闆整個人間蒸發，馬桶我老公都自己裝好了，請問需要你們幹麻？？？這點小錢不想賺可以說一下也不會浪費彼此等待的時間！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打電話過去是男師傅接的，詳細的解說讓我決定找他們洽談，但確認好加line資訊後就沒下文，想說可能師傅忙忘記了，所以我們自己又主動致電過去詢問，接聽電話的女服務員卻是懶懶的口吻，說師傅去吃午餐回來再加，一副急著想掛電話的樣子。從中午等到下午四點多一直都沒回應，再次致電確認加line，然後回覆客戶一個ok？就不讀不回？其實忙或無法結案都可以直接告知客戶啊！怎麼會是這種服務態度呢？真實開眼界，也謝謝讓我見識到，我還是先換一家好了。感謝您。
