雖然說是展示中心但裡面的服務人員似乎沒有想要把商品介紹給你,一開始沒人招呼,詢問後也只拿了本DM給你讓你自己看,問問題也是頗不耐煩。不推薦來這看toto產品,直接去銷售門市還得到比較多服務及產品認識。

原初下訂767,但實際安裝師傅到現場安裝時,發現無法安裝,開始介紹並詢問是否要更換成其他型號,但由於當下時間較早今冠未開,無法即時聯繫上現場銷售人員,因此無法了解價差以及立刻下決定。此時安裝師傅態度丕變,口氣不佳地不斷催促,後續10分鐘內我們決定更換成260,並詢問預計安裝時間,師傅竟然說,小姐,可以拜託妳不要問好嗎?請我們不要打擾他,會影響進度,他後面還有事情跟其他客人。原初我們也有後續安排的行程才會詢問預計要花多少時間,當初評估時現場銷售人員也說我們可以裝767,並非我們浪費師傅的時間,突然要改裝其他型號。雖然目前使用上並無問題,師傅安裝方面技術不差,不過態度上讓人無法苟同,何況我們的消費金額不是兩三萬,建議店家在這方面要加強訓練,未來家裡要再更換馬桶的話,會謹慎考慮去其他TOTO。

在網路上看圖比較不出產品功能差異,去店裡現場看了3次,遇到不同服務人員,就算都沒買,感受都很親切,不像評論所言態度不好,有疑問都能馬上得到解答,在看實體展示後買得踏實多了,不知道店裡面還有賣磁磚跟地板,不然整個都給他們包了,不過之後有需要應該會列為優先考慮的店家
