★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A ramen restaurant featured with the chicken soup, the taste of noodles and soup are actually great, chicken meat is soft, the dried garlic is perfect as well! But the seat is a little bit small, felt crowded in there, overall, it still worth to try here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit here, opted for their $290 鳥人厚切叉燒拉麵 Mega Paitan, choosing chicken as the meat (instead of pork chasiu).
Broth is thick, rich, gelatinous; noodles have chew, and there was enough meat to satisfy this carnivore. The chicken is a mix of white meat and dark meat (latter rolled into a roulade), clearly cooked to tenderness via sous vide. Excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for almost an hour during weekend lunch time. Ordered the signature noodles. I like the chashu, but the chicken soup isn't as clear as I thought it'd be. Not my type of chicken noodles soup.

1. Chicken soup broth has great depth with surprising portion of meat and other ingredient. Chicken breast made by sous vide technique elevated the taste and mouthfeel.
Spicy chicken soup flavor was not that hot at all if you usually add spice into your dish. Very mild and integrate well.
2. Pork (mega paitan) flavor however was too heavy and greasy for us. Gotta give it solid credit for its meat portion again, soup taste nice too. Not for those who look for sth easy to digest tho.
3. Fried yam , nth special, good side dish with ramen tho. Both broth are so flavorful that I could directly dip the yam into the soup without the pepper salt aside.
Recommend for those by chance visit the neighborhood. Not worthy to come all the way or queue for long time tho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ramen restaurant with chicken soup in Taipei. Broth was thick but a little bit salty. Noodles was chewy and chicken meat was soft. Good to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a foodie who addicted to CHICKEN soup ramen, then don’t miss out Totto ramen. They create reman with style, especially recommend their signature ramen with spicy source, it’s 5 times delicious than just the signature ramen without spicy source. Plus, it close until 4AM, it should be flexible to visit. Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This ramen place is to die for. In my humble opinion, it is the best place to get ramen in Taipei, if you are into chicken stock broth. They added some onion bits into the soup and that makes a world of difference. I almost drank the entire bowl because it was so amazing. The chasu is amazing, too. Do yourself a flavor and order the extra thick chasu. I wanted to come back the next day and order the exact same thing.
