★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 設置自助結帳，不派員工把守確認！然後自家機器有問題，消費者不得不將已刷條碼物品以手拿起，只因為重量不符，重量不符這種低級錯誤（bug）也不修正，然後直接質問消費者為什麼沒有結帳？
我將明細拿給質問員工看，員工也不確認，直接在問一次為什麼沒有結帳漱口水！
我只能說做生意不是這樣做的吧！懷疑消費者因為有誤會我可以接受！但明細已給員工確認也不看，而是再次詢問一次，這種做事SOP實在無法被我接受！
PS.建議學學大潤發派員工把守吧！
PS.評分系統如果可以給0星我一定給0星，消費體驗真的太糟糕了！
