★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first our experience was great but then it went downhill. The food is decent but the service is so so. My order was incorrect on two occasions. I ordered risotto and got pasta. I was too hungry to wait for the order to be redone so I ate it. I ordered the vegetarian soup and seafood soup. Their lemon tart and Bailey cheesecake is good. Also, one evening the blender was going nonstop during our entire dinner. So unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great coffee, great food and amazing hospitality. I have been coming here almost daily during my stay in Taiwan and have always been welcomed with a smile and treated like family. Highly recommended!
Personal favourites: Caffelatte with lemon zest and yogurt cake but there's a lot beyond coffee and dessert on the menu that's worth trying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the panini bread with Uber Eats, and it’s super yum!!!!! The food was still very warm it arrived, the bread is super fluffy and goes perfectly with the pumpkin dip!!! It’s just amazing that the delivered food can be this good, I guess not to mention to how nice it would be to dine in!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed Touch Café's cozy feel, music, and a friendly staff. My Chinese is very limited but they were able to provide an English menu and service. I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken caesar salad I ordered.
