豐喜食品創立於1990年，公司發展初期以製作凝膠類產品為主力項目（果凍、布丁、蒟蒻）。因應台灣市場的快速轉變以及消費習慣不斷改變，創辦人在苦思該如何多元化發展之際，一次偶然的機會，到日本參展時，意外品嚐到美味的千層蛋糕；經過幾年的研發與改良，終於在2008年先創立了「塔吉特Touched千層蛋糕」自有品牌，並於隔年再創立「吃果籽Jeagueijih果凍布丁」自有品牌，將代工比例大幅降低邁向自有品牌之路。
選用台灣本土水果及農作物
除了市場上廣為人知的各種經典口味外，塔吉特Touched更致力開發選用台灣本土鮮果。除了當季嚴選的大湖草莓、愛文芒果外，也有一年四季都品嚐得到的鮮奶純芋千層蛋糕；嚴選台灣本土芋頭原料，產地直送新鮮入餡，採用傳統蒸煮手法保留原始香氣與鬆軟口感，芋頭餡料佔比高達69％，每一口都吃得到滿滿芋泥，香滑綿密，吃下滿滿的幸福感！
打造千層蛋糕中央廚房
除了打造出首家千層蛋糕中央廚房，塔吉特Touched也在2018年創立全台首家千層蛋糕觀光工廠-「塔吉特Touched千層蛋糕大使館」，讓有機會造訪的消費者，除了可藉由導覽動線瞭解千層蛋糕製作過程外，更有機會在觀光工廠DIY教室親自製作一顆千層蛋糕。一張蛋皮一層餡料，在層層堆疊的美味之中創造出-8度C的獨特口感，更能將您的心意帶回家跟心愛的人分享！用心感受，從甜點的世界裡創造出與身邊親友新的關係！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mille crepe cake factory experience. Located in an industrial park, we have seen their shops at shopping malls and decided to visit after soy sauce factory tour near by. After paying the fully deductible entry fee of $100 NT, we took advantage of clean restroom and the short tour with the history of the “pancake” cake. Ordered the classic Mille Crepe, rainbow and boba cakes.... Perhaps we are spoiled and expected Lady M Mille Crêpes Cakes.. but we came away quit disappointed. The cakes are stored and served semi frozen.. the crepe layers are thin with eggy crusty texture... worst yet the in between cream got an icy texture. I would give a 2.5 stars for the cakes but 5 stars for nice cute clean facility. 3.5 stars overall.
