一個觀光補助國家大失血,忙翻公務員,搞死業者, 應客人要求參加觀光補助,入選,也不知如何操作,打了一星期觀光局電話全部佔線,也無法打通,只好從花蓮北上,親上觀光局請他們指導,宜,花,高,台東,屏東,民宿飯店業者好幾萬家,資訊確是閉門造車。 至少e-mail給我們操作手冊,電話也打不通,還從花蓮親自北上,還是無法保障客戶權益! 開始懷念以前觀光局長,和靄可親,常常辦訓練指導我們這些民宿業者,且用網路通知政策,現在完全收不到,只有每半年申報通知,還有國定假日旅客統計,觀光局,您就有點溫度感,讓我們感受一下台灣的人情味!因為您們是台灣最前線,是帶領我們進入最有溫度的龍頭!

第一次是去宜蘭玩三天兩夜,第一天太平山莊不補助沒差,中壢到臺北這段國光沒有票卷證明沒補助到也沒差,第二天用APP訂住民宿補助有過了,但隔很久才ㄋㄧㄠ我第一天的交通費跟住宿不同天所以不補助,真的很中華民國官僚。可能覺得我只有第二天是來觀光的,第一天是走路來宜蘭上班的吧!? 第二次是自駕去基隆,到了飯店業者才說用訂房APP不補助,規則都你們跟業者在說。 希望下次實施這個計畫可以制定更合宜。

9月份參加離島團體活動,到現在已經是12月底了,旅遊補助到現在還沒撥款下來,辦事效率真是有夠差的。

日月潭該是全台最知名景點,4/11傍晚搭環湖客運前往伊達邵用餐,看了時刻表,最末班是六點,我疑惑為什麼這麼早收班?遊客因此不可能搭客運到此晚餐,於是上車時詢問司機最晚班次,他冷回:「自己看班表」,我再問:為什麼不能回達?司機仍回:自己看班表....,隔天搭日月潭至高鐵台灣好行客運詢問是否可到附近知名咖啡店?司機態度亦不佳. 台灣人的性格熱情明理,因此很多觀光客的印象認為台灣最美風景是人,很不幸的是,如果他們於各景點搭客運,印象將全然改觀,我認為有兩點可改善:1.請提高司機薪資,同時提高針對觀光旅遊的客運票價.2.合理薪資才可能提昇司機服務態度. 猶記十年前台灣各旅遊景點公廁多臭氣沖天,讓人不敢領教,經相關單位檢討改進,目前入公廁是愉悅的,台灣是個不斷進步的地方,客運司機服務態度真該好好檢討改進了,畢竟他們也會是觀光客,如此的缺乏敬業精神,彼此都會壞了旅遊氣氛.

I have tried several times to communicate and ask questions from the tourism bureau, and get either "undelivered e.mail" responses, or replies in Chinese script when I am obviously English speaking. Is this how you encourage Taiwan tourism ?
