這次是第四次來了!不過這次覺的服務變差了!之前每隔一段時間就會來問你咖啡要不要續杯!小點心要不要再來點!這次完全都沒有問過!而且咖啡變好稀很難喝!

感覺不夠細心與用心,若是能把客人的車子當成自己的車子,我想。。。可能會有很大的不同,把客人的問題,當成自己的問題來處理,應該會更上心,而並非只是“工作”,以前服務比較好

不確定的事情就不要隨便告訴客人 造成我們跟你們技師的麻煩 去年十月事故換後照鏡 說要等叫料來噴漆 跟我說了一個日期 等到了那天我在做電話確認 卻跟我說料還沒到 每次承諾什麼時候好 人去了 才發現根本用不好 中間都是我主動詢問你們才回覆狀況 不然就是人去了才說要擇日再請我跑一趟 白白浪費我三四個週末 在現場表達我們的不滿後才開始看到你們的積極追蹤 上上週想要更新導航 預約了日期跟時間 用完後 開著發現該提醒測速的地方還是一樣沒提醒 我又預約這週檢查看是否上次沒更新到 結果檢查完A 小姐跟我說讀取不到更新資料 (那上次的更新是否有確認更新版本確認沒問題才交車?)接著小姐問我是否同意送修檢查 我問說大概要多久 你們小姐回我一週 我說好 那就拆吧 拆完後換B小姐來 跟我說這個要等十天以上喔 我直接傻眼 (因為我下週要出遠門 )我說可是剛剛那個小姐跟我說一週耶… 我得到的回覆是「啊 她忘記了」 我能怎辦?只能摸摸鼻子被迫接受? 都拆了! 導航的事情其實不太影響我的行車 所以我也沒有要求你們裝回去 回家路上準備倒車才發現 「對了 拆了我就沒有倒車顯影囉^^」 於是乎我又開回去請你們裝回去 麻煩的是誰?是我跟你們技師。 第一次已經對這間保養廠很感冒了,第二次抱著期待又害怕受傷害的心情來 ,果然沒有讓我失望,除非有緊急狀況,否則我不會再選擇這家原廠。技師服務品質好,但業務服務品質差
