1.服務差效率差上禮拜預約10:30到廠後跟我說車子太多叫我再預約下禮拜8:30明明就預約了還要改時間如果沒能力沒人力就不要開放過多的預約 2.我重新預約這禮拜六8:30結果車子放到10點才處理 我問接待怎麼現在才叫我她說我預約10點啊見鬼了上禮拜另一位接待員跟我說預約8:30會有人預約10點然後8:30就到廠嗎?真的太爛了 3.又來一位男接待一直圓謊說8:30-10點一直在檢查 都在說謊不聽異音出在哪要怎麼檢查 技師跟我說煞車異音是正常的 真是一連串鬼話 新車有異音是正常(以為我買的是貨車) 沒檢查說有檢查 預約8:30變10點 4.車子爛 客服爛 保養爛 後悔買toyota 之前開nissan沒有發生任何問題 直到20萬公里才換車
