5/5倒車不小心撞到後保桿,因為有保乙式險,於是就到文雅廠進行出險,現場填寫單子,留車後就回家了 隔天車子就拖到大雅鈑噴中心進行估價維修,到了下午鈑噴中心的專員致電給我老婆,僅說明銀色飾版缺料,完工日期大約四天,便可以取車 一路等到5/11來電可以取車,5/12前往取車發現尾門那片黑色塑料板,有刮傷的部分沒做更換,如下圖紅色圈圈⭕️的地方,銀色飾版缺料所以還是先把舊的裝上去,唯一有維修的就是黑色的保險桿本體。詢問現場專員,一直推說是保險沒核過,所以沒有做維修,當下還有別的事情要忙,留下電話,簽了工單就先離開 回家後越想越不對,乙式險哪會有核不過的問題,就詢問當初買車的業務,業務跟保險公司確認後回電表示這一定可以核過,他確認這部分是可以追加的 一直到5/12當天下午五點要下班前,都沒等到文雅廠專員的回覆,小弟我就直接打到大雅鈑噴中心詢問當初為何跟我老婆報價的時候,為何沒有一併告知維修細項?既然沒有做更換為何沒有來電告知?鈑噴中心跟文雅廠之間的橫向溝通是否有問題?問到專員一直道歉,表示之後料件到了一定會再電話告知 過了一個禮拜,5/19當天下午接到鈑噴中心的電話,這次又換了一個接待專員,開口就說上次跟你接洽的專員已經離職了,再來跟我提到銀色飾版的料件到了可以來更換,後來我又問了關於尾門上的黑色塑料板是否可以更換,他說這個上次工單上已經寫更換了,難道沒更換嗎?我當下真的覺得是不可置信啊,又花了一段時間解釋,對方才答應幫我叫料維修 5/20賣我車的業務又再度幫我打電話去鈑噴中心確定料件狀況,但專員放假 5/21出門前再度致電鈑噴中心,確定料件到了後才開車前往鈑噴中心,到場後接待的專員,拿了一個原本就換好的保桿配件走出來,我當下真的驚呆了,專員看了車子後又回去查電腦,確認要更換的塑料板和銀色飾版真的有貨之後,才跟小弟說,一個小時後會完工 一個小時後,再度確認車況,再簽了一次工單後,結束這次的修車驚魂
