★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天2022/1/29 去做保養，在休息室裡，接待人員都沒有來問我們要喝什麼飲料（其他客人都有，唯獨我們沒有），感覺非常不被尊重！
 Yesterday 2022/1/29 for maintenance, in the lounge, the receptionist did not come to ask us what drinks we would like to drink (other guests have, but we do not), I feel very disrespected!

本來說3、4天就好了後來拖了一個禮拜
也沒代步車可以借 反而是租⋯一天1500
唉下台車需要好好考慮別家廠了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 維修等候時希望能提供小瓶的瓶裝水而不只是咖啡或杯水， 因為時間很長， 瓶裝水可以蓋起來比較好。
Expect to have small bottles of bottled water instead of just coffee or a glass of water while the service is waiting, because it's a long time and it's better if the bottled water can be capped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不會有哄抬價格的事，也不會被宰說某某零件要更換（實際上根本就不需要換）, 原廠的零件都有保障。服務態度親切，解釋也很詳細。
There will be no price gouging, nor will it be slaughtered that a certain part needs to be replaced (in fact, there is no need to replace it at all), the original parts are guaranteed. Friendly service and detailed explanations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 空間明亮寬敞舒適，服務還算親切，不過也遇過被聯絡員搞錯時間的事，希望是個案。保養基本上沒甚麼問題，收費就見仁見智了。
The space is bright, spacious and comfortable, and the service is quite friendly, but I have also encountered the wrong time by the liaison staff. I hope it is a case. There is basically no problem with maintenance, and the fee is a matter of opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我要感謝今天2022.02.24下午三點到嘉義博愛路家樂福協助救援的技師，因為我自己搞的大烏龍，勞煩他在那陪我等鎖匠開鎖後，才能檢查車輛，這才發現是車主我拿錯鑰匙(拿Altis的鑰匙要開RAV4的門)…
整個過程，他都極有耐心，也問我好多次是否有另一支鑰匙，但我卻信誓旦旦說就是用這支開的…
最終我問需付費多少?畢竟勞煩人家好久，沒想到他竟笑笑說不用，這是客戶服務~

I would like to thank the technician who came to Carrefour, Bo'ai Road, Chiayi at 3:00 pm today to assist in the rescue, because I made a big oolong by myself. I would like to ask him to accompany me to wait for the locksmith to unlock the car before he can check the vehicle, only to find out that it is the owner of the car I got the wrong key (to get the Altis key to open the door of the RAV4)…
During the whole process, he was very patient and asked me many times if I had another key, but I swore that it was with this one...
Finally, I asked how much I need to pay? After all, I have been annoying people for a long time, but I didn't expect him to smile and say no, this is customer service~
