★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前日用車時因為顯示胎壓異常，於是下午前往車場檢查，約3點時到達，招呼的工作人員林先生很親切的詢問引導並請本人先至休息室稍坐休息。稍後即前來告知輪胎狀況並帶領至修理區與技師解釋說明狀況。待結束全部程序一本親切的態度送走客戶。雖然在貴車場停留時間不多而且是臨時找到的，但是接受到這樣親切的服務態度，真是令人心情愉悅。公司有這樣的員工真是福氣啊！
When I used the car the day before, because it showed abnormal tire pressure, I went to the parking lot to check in the afternoon. I arrived at about 3 o'clock. The greeted staff Mr. Lin asked kindly for guidance and asked me to take a rest in the lounge. Later, I will come to inform the tire condition and lead to the repair area to explain the condition with the technician. After the end of all procedures, we will send away customers with a cordial attitude. Although I didn't spend much time in your car park and I found it temporarily, it was really pleasant to receive such a cordial service attitude. What a blessing for the company to have such employees!
