真的跟評論不滿意的一樣,從打電話查詢保養紀錄接聽的人,到門口接待人員,到保養接洽人員,完全沒有傳遞資訊與交接我所提的資訊,真的快暈倒。從一開始所知道去年九月做4萬公里保養,到更換車牌,到今天沒有4萬公里的保養紀錄,真不懂跟前兩個人都說了完整的過程,也說會更改資訊與輸入新的車號,到保養接洽人員完全不知道也沒保養紀錄,真的是天兵。有電腦跟紙,筆,卻像原始人的操作。
Really like the dissatisfied comments, from the person who answered the phone to inquire about the maintenance record, to the receptionist at the door, to the maintenance contact person, there was absolutely no transmission of information and handover of the information I mentioned, and I was about to faint. I knew from the beginning that I did 40,000 km maintenance in September last year, to changing the license plate, and today there is no maintenance record of 40,000 km. I really don’t understand that I told the first two people about the complete process, and said they would change the information and input new ones. The number of the car, the maintenance contact person has no knowledge or maintenance record at all, it is really a heavenly soldier. There are computers, paper, and pens, but they operate like primitive people.

本人家人於民國111年(2022年)2月12日向TOYOTA中部汽車五權服務廠購買型號YARIS新車。剛交完車第2天(2/13至2/14)就發現剛交的新車踩煞車時不斷出現怪異聲音。經電話向業務詢問,TOYOTA售車業務告知新車怪異聲音係屬正常現象,再持續開15天至30天就會消失。但自2/14起煞車異聲持續擴大且越變越嚴重,當初想換新車就是考量每日要載失智父親就醫恐發生安全問題,但依照銷售業務指示持續開了20天後聲音越來越大,便立即於3/8早上8:30開至TOYOTA台中五權廠檢查、維修。維修廠當下說是「後輪問題」,詢問廠方為何新車會出現這種狀況,服務廠也簡單帶過,只告知狀況已排除。 同年3/8將新車駛離TOYOTA維修廠後10分鐘左右,煞車怪異聲再度出現,且出現晃動現象,因此TOYOTA副廠長約本人3/9將車開回再次檢查,並提供公務車供代步使用。3/9經TOYOTA再次檢查後廠長來電告知可能不只後輪有問題,「前輪煞車也出現問題」,廠方已維修完畢,保證完全修好,絕不會再出現異聲。 3/9交車後,3/10再度斷斷續續出現微弱煞車異聲且該異聲逐日加大,直至4/4漸趨嚴重,4/7煞車時感覺晃動, 4/8又再度致電TOYOTA五權廠求援,服務人員告知廠長放假要上班再處理。 終於4/9聯繫上廠長,雙方約4/12再回服務廠維修,TOYOTA五權廠表示煞車異聲需持續出現才能找出問題做進一步的判斷及處理。 本人只得依指示開回持續觀察,至4/18異聲又開始出現並且越來越大聲,當下立刻聯繫廠長,並將剎車異常錄音聲傳給廠長,廠長才表示此現象非正常必須再回廠處理,雙方約4/22再度進廠維修。4/22下午廠方通知維修完畢,但於4/23下午兩點廠長臨時通知車子煞車異聲再度出現,因此需繼續維修。最後告知為「左前輪輪軸零件瑕疵」,必須更換,但「無法保證同樣的煞車異聲不會再出現」。 TOYOTA為台灣車界知名廠牌,真的無法接受剛交的新車即出現煞車問題,廠方於第一次維修說是後輪問題,第二次維修說是前輪問題,第三次維修說是煞車沒有磨平 ,最後又變成輪軸零件瑕疵。過程中不斷請 TOYOTA給我一個明確的解決問題方式,但 TOYOTA前前後後說法不一、一昧推責。一台新車於交車後二個月內多次維修,問題點又發生於有安全考量上的煞車部分,導致心理極大壓力,害怕踩剎車失靈而發生事故。 TOYOTA公司仗勢小蝦米鬥不過大財團的勢力,不斷敷衍了事,要本人吞下不合理的瑕疪品,這社會還有公理嗎?

進廠維修四天,今天到場取車,檢查完外觀維修部分,沒有問題,到家後,到後車廂拿東西,是以下場景!垃圾跟蓋子,要車主自行處理?!
