新車後的第一次半年保養在這邊,後續因為車禍出險的體驗及流程相當順利,因此後續繼續在這邊保養車子。整體的感覺相當不錯,之後應該繼續來這裡處理車子的大小事。

第一次來這一間保養廠,超後悔。回去冷氣變得不冷,照後鏡收不起來,還有超過一半以上的機油讓我帶回去做紀念,越想越不對勁換了TOYOTA另外一家保養廠檢查冷媒標準0.5 KG我的確只有0.1 KG,楠梓這家也沒檢查出來,問問題用專有名詞回答還怪我聽不懂。請客服回電話給我,到目前沒收到。以前在別縣市保養,不用交代客服自然會打電話關心保養後使用狀況,真心不建議來這家保養
The first time I came to this maintenance factory, I regretted it. When I went back, the air-conditioning became cold, and I couldn't put it back when I looked at the rear mirror. I still had more than half of the oil for me to take back as a souvenir. The more I thought about it, the more wrong it became. I changed it to another TOYOTA maintenance factory and checked the refrigerant standard of 0.5 KG. Nanzi didn't check it out either, and it's my fault that I didn't understand when I answered questions with proper nouns. Please call me back from customer service, but I haven't received it yet. I used to maintain it in other counties and cities. I don’t need to explain to the customer service. I will call and care about the use status after the maintenance. I really don’t recommend coming to this shop for maintenance.

All I asked for was an oil change and it took 2.5 hours and cost 5,700nt! They added all these other checks on it even when I said I didn’t want it. After making me wait for so long, they didn’t have the courtesy to explain the bill. Such a rip off!
