★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here with my family three times this year. First time in April for RAV4, second time in October for Auris and third time in November for Camry. In all my visits, only one sales greeted us and although he is knowledgeable in Toyota products, he is occupied explaining and answering my questions. All other salespersons treat the rest of my family member like air. The sales would rather sit or hid in the back than helping out their fellow colleagues to see if we need any drinks or snacks. This is the only dealer in Taiwan that is so unprofessional. I don't know if their behavior is the result of competitions among the sales or not but top management needs to step in and re-train these guys on customer service.
I will not visit Toyota 東港營業所 anymore. They've struck out on all three chances I gave.
