一直都是公司忠實顧客.一直都很信任公司.結果是惡夢的開始 去年換了新車 新車從業務交車馬上牽去鍍膜 當初也交代業務新車美容怕刮傷金油層. 車子有鍍膜定期維護漆面都會很漂亮.結果計畫改不上變化 在路上被撞 尾門需要板修加烤漆 第一烤漆沒有考好 我要求重新烤漆 第二次也沒有考好比第一次好一點 因為需要用車先把車子牽回來 牽回來時發現車上隨身碟不見了 原廠叫我車上找看看但找了三次都沒有只說找不到會賠我一個新的.我在意的是為什麼會不見為什麼要亂動我的東西(根本就是侵占)(.另外原本以為玻璃上面是灰塵結果怎麼洗都洗不掉才發現整台車都噴到飛漆 (包含烤漆面 輪框防刮材質等等) 當初有交代公司不要洗車結果還是給我洗下去.後來發現C住跟尾門還有玻璃都是刮傷還有很明顯的太陽紋 有跟公司反應公司態度消極 後來去公司理論一個自稱烤漆師傅的人說在烤漆的時候有把車包起來做防護 我直接說如果有包不可能這樣 後來廠長更誇張說那是灰塵是水痕根本睜眼說瞎話態度非常的不好讓我大開眼界非常傻眼.原來公司員工做事不夠謹慎造成客戶的困擾搞得是客戶的錯.一台新車好好被原廠弄成這樣沒有幾個人可以接受也沒辦法回復到跟新車一樣.公司在賺維修保養的錢時候叫我們換什麼我們都換 出事了一直推拖 一點負責的誠意都沒有.假如公司或廠長可以接受車子被飛漆噴到然後用美容的方式復原 那請你們原價買回去 謝謝公司會檢舉評論

經過半個月的等待期,今天開心?去交車。因爲知道Toyota的品質不錯,服務也佳,才會決定直接購買就好,我的考慮期很短。 這台車是買給小孩開的,新手上路,選Toyota是首選。在10月底的日子,先到鳳山服務廠看車,(因為還沒確定買那輛車適合)這是高雄最大交車店,門口轉入的巷口很小(不熟路的人常常往橋上直行開過頭,只能再回轉)在橋下左轉就能看到高聳的建築。 門面不小,車子滿滿,門庭若市,看車的人不少,生意真的是很好?在不景氣的時機,真是奇蹟?。我買車都是直接到門市,隨意隨性若有緣分,就能服務到我們(我們看車ㄧ定會買車,大多3天左右就簽約)這次遇到年輕、熱忱、專業的[陳建文服務員]他熱心誠懇花了一小時的解說車子,隔2天帶孩子一起來看車,當天就簽約了,5天內完成付款⋯一切手續就順利完成。 好的師傅能做出最佳的商品,但推銷、行銷第一線的業務人員更是公司重要之首,因為他們是面對客戶的第一線,對公司形象影響深遠。 好的員工培養不易,專業、熱忱、誠信更是不可缺,我在[陳建文服務員]身上都看見了。 好的商品、好的公司、好的員工、好的服務,就ㄧ定讓人有好的心情❤️ 拍攝於2021/11/11(週四下午)
