★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上次開回南港保養車子的配件就會遺失,跟保養廠反應也只會說不是你們用的,去保養前都還在最好是會突然不見。
這次再去保養完,車內原廠的線直接不見,保養廠連一條線都買不起嗎,顧客的東西憑什麼擅自拿走,還打死不承認,跟無賴一樣。

以上行為 是否已經有隱匿疫情的嫌疑
並且把去保養車的客人健康不當一回事
搞不好已經造成陽性黑數

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天第一次來做保養,交待接待的幾個重點要處理,雖然沒有預約,但等待了三個鐘頭,接待沒有來說明進度,還要我主動去櫃檯詢問;車快弄好就來問要不要先結帳(這個就會來通知~暈);車開到停車位子後,沒有帶我到車子停放處說明處理狀況,就說了一句,車在那邊,再暈一次;重點是交待要處理的部份沒處理也不說明,這樣的服務,領教了!當然之後更不會再來。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience as a car repair center for me. Arrogant service people pointing you around without helping you. We bought a new car and ask them to have a few things tuned, they said ok but put the car there without doing anything. After an hour they just ask us to leave without changing anything, not telling us they didn't change anything.
